一、服务说明
义乌昱桥贸易有限公司（简称"昱桥贸易"）通过eajo.com（简称"本平台"）为全球用户提供多语言跨境贸易B2B服务，涵盖商品展示、在线询价、订单管理等核心功能。

二、用户义务

  1. 注册用户需提供真实有效的企业资质文件

  2. 禁止上传虚假商品信息或实施价格欺诈

  3. 不得利用平台从事洗钱等非法跨境交易

三、知识产权保护

  1. 平台所有产品图片、技术文档版权归EAJ0贸易或授权供应商所有

  2. 允许用户下载产品资料仅限于商务磋商用途

  3. 侵权投诉请发送至zsjxy@qq.cvom

四、国际贸易条款

  1. 默认采用FOB义乌国际贸易术语

  2. 大额订单需支付30%预付款

  3. 质量问题退换货须在收货后15个工作日内提出

五、免责声明
因下列情况导致的损失本公司不承担责任：

  • 因各国海关政策变化造成的清关延误

  • 不可抗力导致的国际物流中断

  • 买家所在国技术管制引发的交易纠纷

六、隐私与数据安全

  1. 采用TLS1.3加密传输跨境交易数据

  2. 用户财务信息经PCI DSS认证系统处理

  3. 定期接受ISO27001信息安全审计

七、争议解决
本协议适用中国法律，争议提交义乌市人民法院管辖。跨境争议优先通过ICCC国际商会调解。

八、多语言版本
如各语言版本存在歧义，以简体中文版本为准。

Terms & Conditions

1. Service Description
Yiwu EAJ0 Trading Co., Ltd. ("EAJ0 Trading") operates eajo.com ("Platform") to provide global B2B cross-border trade services including multi-language product display, online RFQ system, and order management solutions.

2. User Obligations

  1. Registered users must submit valid business licenses

  2. Prohibit posting misleading product descriptions or price manipulation

  3. Strictly forbidden to conduct unlawful cross-border transactions

3. Intellectual Property

  1. All product images/technical documents are copyrighted by EAJ0 Trading or licensed suppliers

  2. Downloaded materials shall be used solely for business negotiation

  3. Submit infringement claims to service@eajo.com

4. International Trade Terms

  1. Default trade term: FOB Yiwu Incoterms® 2020

  2. 30% deposit required for bulk orders

  3. Quality-related returns must be claimed within 15 working days

5. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for:

  • Customs clearance delays due to regulatory changes

  • Force majeure events affecting global logistics

  • Transaction disputes arising from import technical barriers

6. Data Protection

  1. TLS1.3 encryption for cross-border data transmission

  2. Financial data processed through PCI DSS compliant systems

  3. Regular ISO27001 compliance audits

7. Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by Chinese law. Disputes shall be submitted to Yiwu People's Court. International disputes prefer ICC mediation.

8. Multi-Language Interpretation
The Simplified Chinese version prevails if conflicts exist between language variants.
