义乌昱桥贸易有限公司(eajo)退货政策
一、无理由退货服务
- 适用范围
通过eajo线上渠道(含eajo.com及官方指定电商平台)及线下直营门店购买的商品(特殊商品除外),在保持商品原状且符合二次销售条件的前提下,可享受7天无理由退货服务。退货期限计算方式:
- 线上订单:自物流签收次日(即签收日期+1天)起算
- 线下订单:以销售票据载明日期为起算日
注:需通过原购买渠道办理退货,超期申请恕不受理(质量问题除外)
定制商品、个人卫生用品(如内衣、泳装等)、翻新商品系列(仅限线下门店销售)不适用无理由退货。非质量问题不予退换,具体以商品详情页说明为准。
二、退货商品要求
A. 商品状态标准
- 商品本体无使用痕迹:包括但不限于无磨损/划痕/拆卸,吊牌标签完整
- 原厂包装完好:含制造商原始包装(非eajo或物流二次封装材料)
- 配件齐全:包括RFID环扣、赠品等随单物品
B. 线上退货特别条款
商品未达退货标准者,eajo有权拒收且由消费者承担退货运费
C. 定制商品政策
仅接受与订单不符或存在质量缺陷的定制商品退货(参照瑕疵品条款)
三、瑕疵品退货规范
- 鞋类产品
- 受理期限:签收后90天内
- 受理范围:非人为导致的严重开胶/断底/断跟/尺寸错配等问题
- 受理期限:签收后30天内
- 受理范围:非人为造成的拉链损坏/配件脱落/严重开线等问题
- 电子部件(马达/电池等)质量问题可享1年质保退货
四、不可退货情形
包括但不限于:
- 人为损坏/自行拆修导致的故障
- 穿着/使用不当造成的损耗
- 无有效购买凭证
- 非eajo销售商品
- 法定免责情形

Yiwu EAJ0 Trading Co., Ltd. (eajo) Return Policy
1. No-Questions-Asked Returns
1.1 Eligibility
Goods purchased through eajo online channels (including eajo.com and authorized
platforms) or offline stores are eligible for 7-day hassle-free returns,
provided they remain in original condition with resalable quality. Return
window calculation:
- Online orders: Starts from the day after delivery confirmation
- Offline purchases: Based on sales receipt date
Note: Returns must be processed through original purchase channel. Late submissions will be rejected (excludes defective products).
1.2 Exclusions
Customized goods, personal hygiene products (underwear/swimwear etc.), and
refurbished items (available at select stores) are excluded from this policy.
Non-defective items in these categories are non-returnable.
2. Return Requirements
A. Product Condition Standards
- Pristine condition: No signs of use/damage/alteration, with intact tags
- Original packaging: Manufacturer's packaging (excluding eajo/third-party wrapping)
- Complete accessories: Including RFID tags, complimentary gifts, etc.
B. Online Return Specifics
eajo reserves the right to refuse returns not meeting standards, with shipping
costs borne by customer
C. Customized Products
Returns only accepted for order discrepancies or manufacturing defects (see
Quality Issues section)
3. Quality-Related Returns
3.1 Footwear
- Coverage period: 90 days from delivery
- Qualifying issues: Severe sole separation/structural breaks/size mismatches due to non-human factors
3.2 Apparel & Gear
- Coverage period: 30 days from delivery
- Qualifying issues: Zipper failures/stitching defects caused by manufacturing flaws
3.3 Electronics-Embedded Products
- 1-year warranty for non-human-induced electronic component failures
4. Non-Returnable Scenarios
Including but not limited to:
- Damage from improper use/unauthorized repairs
- Wear-and-tear from incorrect usage
- Missing valid purchase documentation
- Non-eajo merchandise
- Statutorily exempted circumstances
